Registration has now opened for our CPF Virtual Member Conference: “French – More Than Words!”, which will take place from Oct. 13 – 16, 2022, and will be offered exclusively to CPF members across Canada. This event will feature parent programming pertaining to homework help, assisting your child with reading, and sessions on equity and inclusion. There will also be youth programming, including a bilingual magic show (hosted by a youth magician) and a French cooking workshop. 

The conference will also include musical performances for the whole family, including by Peter Katz, who is a bilingual Juno-nominated singer-songwriter. He will be performing and speaking virtually Friday, Oct. 14th from 2-3pm EST. 

The program is divided into categories, giving you the chance to customize your experience:

  • Youth and Family Opportunities to Learn and Use French: French Cultural Programming / Bilingual Leader Keynotes / Information on CPF Virtual Programming
  • CPF Volunteers and Chapters Sharing Advocacy and Program Experiences: Fundraising / Letter Writing Campaigns / Telling our Story, Delegations / Success Stories or Lessons Learned in Advocacy
  • Parenting, Well-being and Resiliency: Parent FSL Support Tips / Technology, Mental Health and Inclusion
