About Concours d’art oratoire 2024 in Traditional Division
Please be advised that: a student can ONLY compete in either the Traditional or the Impromptu Divisions, not both. Also, only 1st place, Grade 11-12 winners from the Traditional Division will move up to the National competition in June.
Learn more about the Impromptu Division. 1st place students in Grades 11 and 12 in all four categories (Core French, Extended, Immersion and Francophone) win amazing scholarships.

Registration Deadlines for School Boards:
- STEP 1: SCHOOL BOARD REGISTRATION Deadline: Online submissions must be received by November 17th, 2023
- STEP 2: SCHOOL BOARD LIST OF FINALISTS Deadline: Online submissions must be received by April 3rd, 2024. (Please note: Registration Fee for each student finalist is $75.)
Registration Deadlines for Parents/Students:
Please COMPLETE THIS FORM by April 5th, 2024, only if your child has won at their school board final.*
*The decision of the judges is final. No other ranking, comments or feedback will be given to the participants of our event. The judging forms remain the confidential property of CPF Ontario.

Scholarships for the Provincial Concours
TBC – Four entrance scholarships for first-place winners in each division (Traditional and Impromptu) in the amount of $1,500 to study at one of their campuses. Visit their website!
Four entrance scholarships in the amount of $4,000 will be given to each first-place winners in each division (Traditional and Impromptu). The scholarship is for $1,000 each year of the 4-year program. Visit their website!

A large part of Concours d’art oratoire could not be possible without our volunteer judges, interviewers, moderators and students. If you would like to take part in this amazing event, please register, using the appropriate link.
We need volunteers to be: judges, interviewers & moderators for the 2024 Concours d’art oratoire. In partnership with @OMLTA (Twitter), we are looking for teacher volunteers to be: judges, interviewers & moderators for the 2024 Concours d’art oratoire, Saturday, May 4th, 2024 all day from: 8am-4:30pm @GlendonCampus (Twitter) College, York University (breakfast & lunch incl.).
Student Volunteers, please register today!
We need volunteer students to supervise rooms, provide support, too! Talk to your friends and come join us.
You will be able to log the hours for school.
